About the Role

We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent). This full-time, work-from-home position will be responsible for connecting with website visitors through live chat, validating and prequalifying leads, and directly impacting the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an extraordinary marketing team and make a meaningful contribution to our growth and success.

While this position can be performed remotely, we prefer candidates who are located near one of our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta, or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. As a LiveChat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for new leads, and your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service orientation will be essential in providing a positive experience for our website visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Enter marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com, ensuring seamless transition to Sales Managers as opportunities
  • Become an expert in the live chat platform, developing a deep understanding of its features and capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date on blithequark's product features, promotions, and FAQs, providing informed and helpful responses to customer queries
  • Create canned responses and enhance the tagging system in the live chat platform, streamlining communication and improving efficiency
  • Develop and communicate ideas for improvement in our customer journey, collaborating with the sales team and key marketing team members to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, volume, and schedule, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance
  • Perform other assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team and blithequark's business objectives

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial modular construction industry experience (preferred)
  • Live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales experience (preferred)
  • Salesforce.com experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Organizational skills, with attention to detail and a customer service orientation
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries, along with a self-motivated and self-starter approach
  • Tactful and inquisitive, with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Ability to comply with all company employment policies, with limited travel requirements (up to 10%)
