We believe in fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. **Job Summary** As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, and working closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of data entry, including contact with MHE merchants, working with smart devices, coordinating data backups and recovery, and supporting LAN design. **Key Responsibilities** * Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions * Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC * Contact with MHE merchants as it relates to data management * Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinate all data backups and recovery methodologies * Serve as the primary point of contact between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Support LAN design * Carry out all future arrivals of software * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS * Regulate nonexempt staff * Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users * Manage and screen end-user access and permissions and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, etc.) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field * Strong relational and interpersonal skills * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, and other related software * Strong understanding of data management principles and practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
