**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry/Office Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
### Data Entry & Management
* Accurately enter and update data into various systems, databases, or spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and correcting data as needed.
* Organize and maintain electronic files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that all files are up-to-date and easily searchable.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data entry and management processes.
### Administrative Support
* Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required, using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
* Support the team in daily office operations, including managing emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner.
### Document Handling
* Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes, ensuring that all documents are accurately recorded and stored in a secure and accessible location.
* Scan, file, and store documents in a digital format, ensuring that all documents are easily searchable and accessible.
* Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records for administrative and operational tasks, ensuring that all records are accurate and easily accessible.
### Communication
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, communicating effectively and professionally in all interactions.

**Requirements**
