**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, your primary function will be to receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You'll assist with entry-level auto and property policies, providing solutions to customers' queries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications
