**Join Our Dutch Customer Experience Team**
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Dutch customer experience team, supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. As a Dutch Customer Experience Representative, you will undergo comprehensive training by certified instructors to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support and resolve their queries efficiently.
* Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Represent a major brand, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and positive experience.
* Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
* Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
**What You Will Bring:**
* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
* Advanced English knowledge (written and verbal)
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (desired but not required)
* Prior customer support experience (an advantage but not necessary)
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically
