**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative in our Pay department, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring their payment solutions perform optimally. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Administratively onboarding new clients and managing their orders
* Providing 1st line support on a daily basis, resolving technical issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Proactively sharing customer feedback to inform the development of our platform
* Supporting a portfolio of customers across various branches, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed
* Maintaining a daily helicopter view to identify onboarding needs and take action
* Documenting client information thoroughly in our CRM system
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, partners, and colleagues
* Proficiency in both English and Dutch languages
* Strong analytical skills, with a balance of helicopter view and attention to detail
* Positive mindset, stress resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines
