**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing empathetic and personalized support to resolve their questions and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for helping others will make a tangible difference in the lives of our patients. In this role, you will:
* Handle high-volume calls with precision and poise, addressing prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries

**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolve complex issues

* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
* Strong computer skills and technical expertise
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving high-volume, complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
* Minimum: $17.02
* Maximum: $27.16
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
