Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a vital part of our organization, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to explain medical bills, answer questions, and resolve account balances in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone to establish affordable payment plans and process payments.
  • Leverage your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day.
