As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. If you're a self-motivated, multitasking, and team player with a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** * Answer patient calls regarding EOBs and research balances * Manage patient refunds * Process patient payments * Provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients * Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and issues * Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements:** * A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections * Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare * Thorough understanding of EOBs, and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients * Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills * Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients * Self-motivated, multitasking, and a team player * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a revenue cycle management environment * Knowledge of proprietary technology and systems * Certification in medical billing and collections (e.g., CBCS, CCS-P) * Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS) **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At blithequark, we're committed to investing in our staff and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
