As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in accurately entering data in our QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your principal responsibilities will include: * Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images * Identifying document types based on provided documentation * Reviewing and verifying entered data to meet or exceed quality requirements * Ensuring all PHI is kept confidential following HIPAA standards * Professionally interacting with other staff as needed * Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes * Working until all tasks are completed for the day * Performing other basic office duties as assigned **Hourly Pay and Available Schedule** * $12 per hour * Part-time and full-time openings available, with a preference for full-time positions * Minimum of 20 hours per week required * Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday **What We're Looking For** To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Self-motivation with a strong work ethic * Ability to multitask and move quickly * Ability to stay focused and on-task * High attention to detail while being efficient * Quick learner, able to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed * Required to maintain confidentiality of client data * Must be able to read and speak English * WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy * KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy **Why Choose blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a unique work environment that values teamwork, humility, and fairness.
