**Job Summary**
As a High-Level Examination Examiner, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer engagement through data-driven insights and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create, drive, and manage new systems that guarantee the growth of the business and the overall bottom line. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will be essential in helping us understand customer behavior, identify new opportunities for growth, and optimize our digital properties for maximum impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Empower data-driven scientific capabilities in a multichannel marketing environment that influence internal and external datasets (via SQL and other analytical tools) to create experiences that illuminate business cycles and marketing products.
* Work with cross-functional partners to define and prioritize examination needs, scope projects, and build/make new investigation abilities using SQL, R, Tableau, and other analytical tools to drive business-critical decisions and advancements. Create automated tools that enable the team to analyze and review results from controlled tests (A/B tests), test hypotheses, work out statistical significance, further improve targeting recommended procedures, and enhance segmentation.
* Use SQL and other analytical tools (e.g., Python or R) to analyze large datasets addressing millions of customers to understand customer behavior and identify key attributes that illuminate the creation of new audience segments and extend the reach of our marketing across and within stages.
* Balance business timelines with logical thoroughness in statistical analysis to improve business direction and needs for the team guide.
* Assemble reporting tools and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and other internal tools to enable self-service for outreach groups. Communicate the results of investigations with business-partners.
**Essential Qualifications and Abilities**
* B.A. or B.S. degree in a quantitative field (Math/Statistics, CS, Engineering, Business, Economics, or similar)
* 3+ years of experience driving quantifiable outcomes (adoption, engagement) with digital products across different business models
* Experience with SQL, complex, large-scale social databases, statistical projects, and other tools with the ability to learn other specialized applications quickly to order and interpret quantitative information
* Experience building complex visualizations (Tableau and Looker, or more)
* Creative scholar able to work both in an executive limit (10,000 foot view perspective, asks "why") and an active/execution limit (detailed, meticulous)
* Ability to translate quantitative analyses into compelling and actionable recommendations with confidence
* Excellent interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications and Abilities**
* High-level/advanced education in a quantitative field
* Experience in SAS, Python, R, or any scripting language
