Customer Interaction

* Offer a warm reception to patrons and support them with all their packing and shipping needs. * Provide customers with a range of pricing options to choose the service that best fits their budget. * Address customer complaints professionally and follow up with a satisfactory resolution to build trust and loyalty between the business and its customers.

Service and Sales

* Present the broad portfolio of blithequark's products and services to address the diverse demands of clients. * Instruct customers on how to seal packages securely with heavy-duty tape to prevent the contents from falling out. * Enhance the customer experience by providing supplementary amenities such as printing, copying, and supplies.

Transaction Management

* Carry out shipping transactions with accuracy using blithequark's systems. * Process payments made through cash, credit card, or other payment forms securely and efficiently. * Ensure that all necessary shipping paperwork is completed correctly and can be easily understood.

Operational Support

* Maintain a clean and organized customer service counter to provide prompt and efficient service, increasing customer satisfaction. * Replenish essential supplies and materials as needed to keep operations running smoothly. * Follow blithequark's policies and procedures for ensuring safe and proper shipping and handling of goods.

Technical Proficiency

* Adapt quickly to new POS systems and shipping software to enable smooth operations and transactional excellence. * Use your skills and expertise to resolve minor technical issues in shipping equipment and systems by identifying the root cause of the problem and devising a solution to fix it.

Team Collaboration

* Collaborate with team members to meet store targets and goals. * Offer mentorship to newly recruited employees, emphasizing the importance of a customer-centric approach.

Compliance
