Job Description: Become a key contributor to Netflix’s member experience as a Part-Time Remote Email Support Specialist. You’ll provide written support to members via email, handle account and billing questions, streaming/resolution issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction. This role is entirely remote and ideal for those comfortable with written communication, remote setup and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member support emails in a timely and accurate manner.
Classify/triage tickets, ensure proper description and escalate when needed.
Update internal knowledge base based on recurring issues or improvement suggestions.
Maintain high standards of written clarity, tone and brand voice.
Meet service-level targets for response time and resolution rate.
Work remotely, manage your schedule and maintain documentation and logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written English skills with strong grammar and clarity.
Comfortable using email/ticketing systems and remote collaboration tools.
Reliable home-office setup with quiet workspace and stable internet.
Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
Previous email-support or customer-service experience is a plus but not essential.
