**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they are engaged and motivated to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and motivate your team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results and meet customer expectations.
* **Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises**: You will be responsible for ensuring that your team is operating in a safe and efficient manner, meeting quality standards, and delivering customer orders on time.
* **Collaborate with all support teams**: You will work closely with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
* **Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach**: You will be required to lift and move packages and equipment, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
* **Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts**: You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods, and may be required to work in a fast-paced environment.
* **Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud**: You will be working in an environment with varying noise levels, and may be exposed to loud noises.
* **Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather**: You will be working in an environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions, and may be required to work in outdoor environments.

**Essential Qualifications**
