Data Entry
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary Warranty Claims Processor to support the processing of warranty claims for a leading global consumer goods company.
This role involves a high volume of data entry and email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution for both retail and business customers.
Monday-Friday 7AM-4:30PM
Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
• Process incoming warranty claims with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate with customers via email (and occasionally by phone) to gather necessary information and provide claim updates
• Enter and update claim information in internal systems and databases
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify product details and warranty eligibility
• Maintain organized electronic records of claims and correspondence
• Support general administrative tasks related to warranty processing
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
