                                The Digital Support and Services (DSS) organization uses Salesforce extensively for improving customer support, including customer self-service. This position will be hybrid onsite, 3 days a week, in Englewood, CO. The expected pay range for this position is $48/hr-$50/hr.
Defines, deploys, evaluates and supports common computing standards, IT processes, tools and process/performance metrics. Participates in defining plans to support common standards and processes. Identifies qualitative and quantitative improvement measures. Advises on the selection of key parameters and standards to monitor progress. Provides education and promotes use of Boeing IT common processes, methodologies, products and services. Guides processes development for software development and maintenance. Participates in the review and evaluation of new technology for impact on process improvement strategies.
