Customer Interaction

* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping and packing needs, providing a personalized and welcoming experience. * Provide information on blithequark products and services, including shipping options, delivery times, and costs, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their choices. * Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Service and Sales

* Promote and sell blithequark products and services to meet customer needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions. * Assist customers with packaging their items securely to ensure safe delivery, providing expert advice on packaging materials and techniques. * Offer additional services such as printing, copying, and office supplies, expanding our customers' capabilities and increasing revenue.

Transaction Management

* Process shipping transactions accurately using blithequark systems, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. * Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly and legibly, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Operational Support

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the customer service counter and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. * Restock supplies and materials as needed to ensure smooth operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. * Follow company policies and procedures for shipping, handling, and safety, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Technical Proficiency

* Operate point-of-sale systems, shipping software, and other relevant technology, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and innovations. * Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with shipping equipment and systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.

Team Collaboration

* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success. * Assist with training new employees and sharing best practices for customer service and sales, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Compliance
