As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and data-driven decision-making. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our content development team to analyze client behavior, identify untapped opportunities, and optimize content deployment strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth * Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions * Streamline content deployment and episode release processes to optimize engagement and maintenance * Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods * Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python programming languages * Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more * Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud * Strong understanding of media and entertainment industry trends and challenges **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $22/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
