About the Role
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers during weekends. As a part-time representative, you will work approximately 3-29 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your shift within our specified times in CST. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office. Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Claim Intake: Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
- Empathy and Support: Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.
- Claim Documentation: Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim system accurately.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions and utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support, while adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity.

Required Skills and Abilities
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:
- Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish: Preferred, but not required.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
- Quality Assurance Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not essential.
Network Requirements
To work remotely, you will need to meet the following network requirements:
- Speed Test: A speed test must be run from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net).
- Ethernet Connection: Not required, but strongly recommended.
- Private Network: You must be on a private network and not work in public locations.
- No VPNs: Logins must happen in the US, and VPNs are not allowed.
