**The Role**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and exceed their expectations with every interaction. You will be the face of blithequark, and your interactions will shape the customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs, and soliciting customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
* Analyze data, use stories and experience to complement data, and develop work flows and procedures to improve and promote quality, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines.
* Use Problem Solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully to develop alternative solutions.
* Effectively communicate, listen, and get clarification, focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures.
* Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and receiving feedback, contributing to building a positive team environment, committing to goals and objectives, and supporting the team's efforts to succeed.
* Treat people with respect, inspire the trust of others, support organizational values and goals with integrity, and support affirmative action and respect diversity.
* Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long, and work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided).
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a logistics or delivery setting.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work in a warehouse production environment, with varying noise levels and temperatures.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a delivery or logistics environment, preferably with a focus on customer service.
* Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures, or experience working with similar companies.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.
