Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, chat, email, and social media, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
  • Assist customers with their online purchases, including promoting products, making sales offers, finalizing sales, and following up on customer inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns originating from our stores or website, listening attentively to their issues and entering relevant data into our case management system.
  • Collaborate with our store teams and other departments within the Store Support Center (SSC) to gather information, conduct research, and determine the best solutions for our customers, always adhering to company guidelines.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and assistance through various channels, including telephone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Keep customers informed about our products, services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of what we offer.
  • Act as a backup switchboard receptionist, supporting the SSC receptionist as needed.
  • Take on additional projects or responsibilities as assigned to support the Customer Care Department, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to team success.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A high school diploma or GED, coupled with experience in customer service, preferably within a consumer-focused environment.
  • A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate effectively and use desktop software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
