Associate Director, US Marketing Oncology Market Access
About the position
Responsibilities
• Work closely with internal functions and external agency partners to develop customer-specific strategies for patient access.
• Develop comprehensive payer/market access strategies aligned with brand marketing objectives.
• Input into the development and execution of payer value propositions, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for resource support and planning for field-facing teams.
• Provide input from a US perspective into Global Access Teams and new product planning teams.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Marketing Customer Management, Managed Care, or Sales.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of healthcare trends and policy issues.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in Oncology/Oncology Payer/Buy-And-Bill marketing.
• AD level of Marketing or Managed Care/Payer Marketing experience.
