**Job Summary**
As a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our Distribution Center Administration System, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development teams. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom teams and Innovation Office to identify and implement solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our distribution centers. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain systems, and you will play a key role in driving business growth and success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical support and maintenance for the Distribution Center Administration System, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data entry, reporting, and system performance.
* Collaborate with the Centralized Computer and Application Development teams to identify and implement solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our distribution centers.
* Work closely with the Organization/Telecom teams and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC.
* Administer and support all moves/add/change demands, including coordinating with MHE merchants and WMS vendors.
* Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the distribution center office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division for issue resolution.
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals.
* Support LAN (Local Area Network) design and implementation.
* Perform all future upgrades of software.
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS.
* Regulate nonexempt staff.
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security.
* Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users.
* Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis.
* Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio.
**Required Capabilities**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
* 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (e.g., warehouse, distribution center).
* 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word.
* Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job has been modified to be a remote position).
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Project management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
