This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Type a minimum of 45 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy * 10-key by touch with ease * Insert patient and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from hospital systems into internal accounting systems * Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as required * Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, which may include inquiries from hospital partners, patients, attorneys, or other agencies working with our patient population * Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times * Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead or management **Qualifications and Requirements** To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School diploma or equivalent required * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Exchange email required * Excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, courteous, and helpful * Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as interact in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, public, and client staff members * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision * Remote and hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets blithequark's upload and download speed criteria **Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in making a positive impact not only within our industry but also with our employees – our greatest asset!
