**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll be the vital link between a customer's at-home and in-store experience, providing a simple and seamless process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
* Using your knowledge of the blithequark inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
* Guiding customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
* Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
* Mentoring others as your skillset expands
* Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
* Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license

**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a customer service professional with:
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
* Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
* A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
* Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* The ability to shift schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
* A hybrid role with a requirement for working on-site one day per week
* The ability to meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* A willingness to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
