Job Summary

We are seeking experienced WFM Specialists to play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce management processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a WFM Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing strategies, and collaborating with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that affect customer service operations and develop strategies to improve performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and overall customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels, ensuring that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations
  • Conduct regular reviews of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Prepare reports and presentations for upper management, providing insights into workforce performance and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Work closely with team leaders to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate and that agents are trained effectively to handle customer inquiries
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication abilities. You should be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. A strong understanding of workforce management principles, practices, and technologies is essential, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering, is preferred. Experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a contact center or customer support role, is also desirable. Certification in workforce management or a related field is a plus.
