Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures, including special booking rules, loyalty guidelines, and case management.
  • Provide customer support and guidance in issue resolution, maintaining open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, ensuring that all interactions with guests meet the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
  • No supervisory experience is necessary, as we focus on developing the skills and abilities of all our associates.
  • No license or certification is required, although a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a remote associate, you will be expected to maintain a safe and secure work environment, with a reliable internet connection and a physical cable plug-in (ethernet) connection. You will also be responsible for working directly with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to ensure that you meet the minimum requirements of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed.

Class Start Date and Training Schedule

The class start date for this opportunity is January 20, 2025, with a training schedule of 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks. After completing your training, you can expect to work a schedule of 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT, including weekends and holidays.
