Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in functional and testing roles, with a strong focus on Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing)
• Deep knowledge of CC&B modules, including billing, rates, budget and payment plans, payments, adjustments, financial transactions, device management, meter reads, field works, credit and collections
• Strong expertise in testing, including automation testing, and experience with testing tools and methodologies
• Experience working in the utilities industry, with a strong understanding of energy, gas, and services domains
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of STLC processes, including test strategizing, test design, execution, defect management, tracking, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CC&B upgrades and migrations, including configuration and support of the application
• Knowledge of third-party application integration with CC&B
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
