Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Chemical Division team at the Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg, SC. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service possible, from order entry through delivery and invoicing. Your ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships, both internally and externally, will be essential to your success in this role. You will report directly to the US Customer Service Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to day-to-day customer inquiries for existing accounts, including order entry, order management, credits, and delivery updates
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, both internally and externally, as a support to account management
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for the customer within all departments, ensuring that customer needs are met and concerns are addressed
  • Monitor accuracy of reporting and order information, reviewing customer complaints and implementing countermeasures to prevent future issues
  • Plan, prioritize, and implement work tasks to ensure proper functioning and meet customer service goals
  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of blithequark's brands, systems, products, and processes, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant customer service and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated performance in designing service-related improvements for customers, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • SAP experience, with knowledge of SAP systems and processes
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
