As a remote Technical Support - Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a sense of community among our employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Technical Support - Customer Service Representative (Remote Night Shift), your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services * Interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and timely support * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment * Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional support experiences * Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (night shift) * High school diploma or GED * Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities * Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with product knowledge * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Technical support experience in a similar industry or environment * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools * Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical tools * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
