**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, Customer Support, and General VA to CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, provide exceptional customer support, and assist the CEO with various administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work on graphic design, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and reporting
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting
* Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects
* Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
* Analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Based in the Philippines (or willing to relocate)
* Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of setup, strategy, and optimization
* Google Ads experience, with knowledge of setup, optimization, and reporting (Google Certification a plus)
* Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
* Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
* Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
