Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team as an Information Management Expert. As a vital member of our remote workforce, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating critical data to ensure seamless operations across various departments. This is a temporary, work-from-home position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $30. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze data to support a wide range of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk assessment objectives, compliance requirements, and scenario recall sites.
  • Gather and process data from various data systems throughout our US and global operations; create dashboards that help stakeholders scope risk and assess the maturity of related controls; develop custom audits as needed.
  • Apply expertise in analytical procedures and tools to develop robust and standardized methodologies for evaluating risk; draw insights and relationships from data and communicate findings to compliance experts, attorneys, and business leaders.
  • Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis; solicit feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Deep SQL skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Big Query, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
  • Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters.
  • Ability to create meaningful visualizations and use data to "tell a story".
  • Proficiency in coding using R or Python.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for learning new things.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should be proficient in a range of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. Experience working in a remote environment is also an asset, as is a strong understanding of ERM and risk assessment principles.
