  • Provide excellent customer service via live chat, WhatsApp, and email to resolve queries related to our website services, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Offer support on technical issues, product information, and booking processes, troubleshooting basic website issues and escalating more complex problems to the relevant team.
  • Maintain a friendly and empathetic approach while assisting customers, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships with our customer base.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in tourism or related industries, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (Preferred)
