Job Description:
• Lead Clients, Drive Innovation, and Ensure High-Quality Workflow Solutions
• Bridge the gap between clients and the development team.
• Own project execution, ensuring workflow-driven applications are delivered on time.
• Manage and guide technical teams to build workflow-driven applications using low-code and automation platforms.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and optimize processes.
• Serve as the Product Owner on behalf of the client.
• Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing when needed.
• Facilitate project workflow, including backlog prioritization and requirement gathering.
• Ensure clear communication between clients and the development team.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in the software industry managing projects, technical teams, and client relationships.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager working closely with technical teams.
• Experience working with business customers to define and implement workflow applications.
• Familiarity with low-code development methodologies.
• Experience with software testing and QA processes.
• Strong background in software development planning and execution.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and help clients maximize value.
