Automotive-Properties owns, manages, and leases a growing portfolio of high-quality automotive retail and service properties across the United States and Canada. Our properties serve leading automotive brands and dealerships, and we pride ourselves on delivering responsive service, reliable facilities, and long-term value for our tenants and partners.
We are expanding our digital engagement team and are seeking a Live Chat Representative to be the friendly, professional first point of contact for online visitors. This role plays a key part in helping potential clients and partners connect with the right resources within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond quickly and professionally to live chat messages and website inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about available properties, leasing opportunities, and company services.
• Engage with website visitors to understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate department.
• Record customer interactions and leads in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the leasing, property management, and marketing teams to support seamless customer communication.
• Track and report recurring inquiries to help improve online engagement strategies.
• Support additional online communication channels (email, forms, and social media inquiries) as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in live chat support, online customer service, or inside sales.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience using CRM or chat systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom).
• Familiarity with the automotive or commercial real estate industry is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities (English/French or English/Spanish) are an asset.
