HR (PRO) Shared Services analyst, Partner Contact Center (Remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Answer a high volume of complex inbound calls while delivering quality service.
• Apply critical thinking and active listening skills to diagnose callers' needs.
• Communicate policies and processes in response to partner inquiries.
• Utilize multiple systems to research and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as an escalation point of contact for critical partner resource concerns.
Requirements
• Experience working in customer service or a call center environment.
• Experience researching, analyzing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching or leading others.
• Case management experience.
• Human resources experience or education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
