**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our team to drive business growth and improvement. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26, and we're excited to welcome a talented and motivated individual to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our merchants and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality in our operations
* Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop and implement solutions to address these opportunities
* Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues to improve their performance and skills
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Utilize Google Sheets and other tools to analyze data and drive business decisions
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
* Experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Call Center Manager)
