**Experienced Digital Asset Management Manager – Brand Identity and Visual Content Specialist (Remote Florida)**

As a remote worker, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values flexibility, creativity, and open communication. **Job Summary** As our Digital Asset Management Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand identity and visual content strategy. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to organize and manage our brand assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels. Your expertise in digital asset management, brand identity, and visual content will help us create engaging brand experiences that drive business results. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead taxonomy/metadata in Bynder, including keyword structure to all Brand Identity assets and reorganization * Document and provide reports on use of assets * Analyze DAM data to help develop creative strategies * Partner with key business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to organize Brand Identity assets * Manage content life cycle * Make recommendations to improve department DAM workflows * Socialization of the Brand Portal * Usage Rights Reviews * Coordinate pre-production planning and purchasing of artwork (photography and illustration) and prepares for reproduction * Stock research requests and purchasing * Administer all related paperwork, POs, invoices, releases, etc. * Manage portrait shoots, including processing, coordinate retouching and uploading * Stock research requests and purchasing * Respond to asset requests and reviewing finished materials. * Builds relationship at appropriate client/vendor level * Keeps abreast of current trends and technology **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience as a Digital Asset Management experience. (Bynder preferred) * The ability to work independently; yet strong collaboration skills are required * Good judgment and imagination to be able to make recommendations for the visual elements of our Brand * Must have 2+ years of experience within stock photography or comparable industry * Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Illustrator skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Computer literate * Team player * Should enjoy a challenging, fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented * Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Bynder and other digital asset management platforms * Knowledge of brand identity and visual content strategy * Strong understanding of photography and illustration principles * Experience with stock research and purchasing * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Digital asset management and brand identity expertise * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong understanding of visual content and brand identity principles * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
