In this remote Customer Service Representative position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers via various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and more. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, restaurant, or hotel environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate a computer and the web
  • Typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (click here to take a free typing test)
  • Availability to work shifts within the call center's hours of operation, including Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time
  • Reliability and ability to stick to the schedule, as some queues are time-sensitive

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
