Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Regional Account Manager to support our customers in Delaware, Eastern Shore of Maryland, and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and building new customer relationships, demonstrating and communicating product specifications and benefits, and driving sales growth. This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for a candidate who resides in or around Dover, DE, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and building new customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Demonstrating and communicating product specifications and benefits to customers, highlighting the value proposition of our equipment and services
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic plans to pursue them
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Traveling to meet with customers, attend meetings and inspections at manufacturing facilities, participate in regional trade shows, and attend company events
  • Managing and analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should have:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in the equipment sales industry, or at least five years of industry-related sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product information and benefits to customers
  • The ability to work independently through a flexible schedule, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Proficiency in various computer programs, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance, as required for product demonstrations and other sales activities
