About the Position

The Protective Intelligence Research Analyst position at Workwarp is a critical component of the company's security and risk management strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing priority intelligence requirements aligned with stakeholder needs, leveraging open-source intelligence (OSINT) and proprietary information to create written intelligence products, and supporting protective intelligence investigations involving threats to leaders and facilities. You will also produce and present threat assessments and briefings that are cohesive and professional, and build and maintain partnerships with key teams and functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance priority intelligence requirements aligned with stakeholder needs, ensuring that the organization is equipped to respond to emerging threats and risks.
  • Leverage OSINT and proprietary information to create written intelligence products, providing actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Support protective intelligence investigations involving threats to leaders and facilities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze intelligence.
  • Produce and present threat assessments and briefings that are cohesive and professional, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key teams and functions within the company, fostering a culture of collaboration and information-sharing.
  • Interact rapidly at all levels of the organization to provide subject matter expertise on threats, providing timely and effective support to stakeholders.
  • Provide after-hours support as required, ensuring that the organization is equipped to respond to emerging threats and risks on a 24/7 basis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in executive protection, criminal justice, intelligence, security, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a large mission-critical environment. Previous experience with the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), US Secret Service, or similar organizations is preferred, as is direct Intelligence Community (IC) experience and IC clearance. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of threats affecting executives and corporate assets, as well as a working knowledge of executive protection, federal law enforcement, and related areas.

Essential Qualifications

  • 10 years' experience in a large mission-critical environment in executive protection, criminal justice, intelligence, security, or related disciplines.
  • Previous experience with FBI BAU, US Secret Service, or similar organizations preferred.
  • Direct Intelligence Community (IC) experience, IC cleared.
  • In-depth understanding of threats affecting executives and corporate assets.
  • Working knowledge in executive protection, federal law enforcement, and related areas.
  • Experience with threat intelligence sharing communities in both IC and private sector.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced understanding of investigative techniques and threat-based intelligence analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analytic writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data visualization and structured analytic techniques.
  • Ability to assess the significance and reliability of information.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
