About the Role
In this remote, night‑shift position, you will support our production lines by ensuring equipment runs smoothly, safety standards are met, and quality remains uncompromised. You’ll be the eyes and ears of the plant during the crucial overnight hours, maintaining detailed logs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with supervisors and fellow technicians. Key Responsibilities – What Your Day (or Night) Looks Like
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise production records, shift logs, and equipment checklists in accordance with GMP and corporate guidelines.
 - Equipment Care & Cleanliness: Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machinery, workstations, and surrounding areas to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
 - Safety Stewardship: Monitor the work environment for hazards, immediately address unsafe conditions, and report any safety or quality concerns to supervisors without delay.
 - Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical or process anomalies, perform minor repairs, reset equipment, and coordinate with maintenance teams for major issues.
 - Shift Flexibility: Adhere to an 8‑hour core shift (10 PM – 6:30 AM) with the ability to work extended 10‑ or 12‑hour schedules and mandatory overtime when production demands spike.
 - Physical Demands: Safely lift up to 60 lb, stand for prolonged periods, walk the production floor, climb ladders, crouch, bend, and reach to access equipment and components.

Essential Qualifications – What You Bring to the Table

 - Experience: 1–3 years of general work experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (required). Prior experience operating production machinery is a strong plus.
