Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Medication Adherence Collaboration: Work side‑by‑side with Molina pharmacists to identify adherence barriers, develop personalized outreach strategies, and follow‑up with members to ensure sustained medication use.
  • Member, Prescriber, and Pharmacy Outreach: Conduct proactive calls, secure electronic communication, and coordinate with prescribers and pharmacies to resolve prescription claim issues, prior authorizations, and access challenges.
