We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Evening Group Therapist to join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. As a Group Therapist, you'll play a vital role in facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, developing and implementing evidence-based curricula, and collaborating with our treatment team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. As a Part-Time Evening Group Therapist, you'll be responsible for:- Facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups for individuals and families struggling with mental health and substance use issues
- Developing and implementing evidence-based curricula that address patient symptoms and build necessary skills for long-term wellness
- Collaborating with our treatment team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients
- Completing treatment plans and updates in a timely and accurate manner
- Engaging in active communication with patients, families, and treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:- A Master's degree in social work, counseling, or an equivalent field
- A current, unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, LADAC, or LMFT) per state of practice guidelines
- Experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use issues, or equivalent experience
- Dual diagnosis background and experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP)
- A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines, as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.)
- Adequate professional liability insurance
