Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service and IT Support Representative. This remote position offers the perfect blend of flexibility and challenge, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a real impact on our customers' lives. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Technical Support: Assist customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Time Management and Organization: Work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Schedule and Availability

We're looking for someone who can commit to a flexible part-time schedule that includes:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Reliable Home Workspace: A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer.
