About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and talented Customer Success Associate to work with us on a part-time basis, primarily remotely, focusing on weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand, and making recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, and provide personalized support to ensure that customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback and insights are incorporated into business decisions and product development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and product, with a strong knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business, with a strong ability to think critically and outside the box.

- Have a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture, with a strong understanding of the latest developments and innovations in the industry.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
