About the Role

As a Non-Profit Donation Agent, you will be the voice of our organization, interacting with donors, and providing them with exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming phone calls from donors, addressing their inquiries, and processing their donations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to donors about our non-profit partners and their missions.
  • Utilizing your intermediate computer skills to navigate our database and software systems, ensuring seamless and efficient donation processing.
  • Maintaining a quiet, professional background during calls, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a distraction-free environment.
  • Meeting productivity standards, including typing at least 40 words per minute and achieving performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve fundraising goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of our non-profit partners.

Types of Clients You Will Support

We work with a diverse range of non-profit and governmental organizations, including:

  • Nonprofit/Charity TV and Radio stations, helping to spread awareness and raise funds for their causes.
  • Child welfare agencies, dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in need.
  • Veteran support groups, providing essential services and resources to those who have served our country.
  • Spiritual and religious organizations, promoting faith, community, and social responsibility.
  • Animal advocacy groups, working to protect and preserve animal welfare and conservation efforts.

Requirements for Success

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office call center experience, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment.
  • Must be a US Resident, with the ability to work legally in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must use a Windows 10/11 PC, with intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate our software systems.
  • Quiet, professional background for calls, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a distraction-free environment.
  • Able to type at least 40 words per minute, with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Able to pass a background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Must be able to complete a voice assessment and a mock call, showcasing your communication skills and customer service abilities.
