As a Stretch Therapist at StretchLab, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, utilizing our proprietary technology and methods to create personalized and targeted wellness programs.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Build and maintain a strong client base, converting first-time prospects into loyal members and retaining existing clients through outstanding service and results.
• Participate in networking and community events, studio promotions, and staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to the growth of our business.
• Handle member concerns and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive client experience.

• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours, sales, and promotions as needed, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective clients.
• Care for the studio, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities, to ensure a safe and inviting environment for clients and staff.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Stretch Therapist at StretchLab, you will need:

• A professional certification or expertise in a relevant discipline, such as physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training, Pilates, dance, or yoga instruction.
• Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment, providing hands-on training and guidance to clients.
