Community & Business Development

  • Membership Growth: Actively promote StretchLab membership benefits, convert trial participants into long‑term members, and contribute to retention strategies.
  • Client Support: Address member inquiries, resolve concerns with empathy, and ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing sessions.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • Demonstrated passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a desire to deepen expertise in assisted stretching modalities.
  • Current, nationally‑recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) or an equivalent credential in a related discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering health‑focused services—personal training, massage therapy, yoga/​Pilates instruction, or dance coaching—is required.
