Position Overview: Remote Behavioral Technician – Accelerated ABA Training Program
This full‑time, work‑from‑home role places you in the heart of the therapeutic process, delivering one‑on‑one (1:1) ABA sessions in the homes of children on the autism spectrum. You will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), applying evidence‑based techniques, collecting critical data, and helping families implement individualized treatment plans. The position includes a paid, intensive training curriculum designed to fast‑track your competence and confidence as a Behavioral Technician.
Key Responsibilities

- Data Collection & Documentation: Accurately record behavior, skill acquisition, and progress data during each session; enter information into our secure electronic health record (EHR) system within required timelines.
- Collaborate with BCBAs: Participate in weekly supervision meetings, discuss client progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine intervention strategies.
- Family Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing clear explanations of therapy goals, session activities, and home‑practice recommendations.
- Professionalism & Reliability: Arrive on time for scheduled sessions, maintain confidentiality, follow all safety protocols, and demonstrate a goal‑oriented work ethic.
- Adaptability: Adjust schedules to accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening sessions based on each family’s needs; respond quickly to behavioral incidents while ensuring the safety of the child and yourself.
